Work on processing orders typically begins as soon as we receive them. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted, including your address.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us to let us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

We do our best to get it changed before your order is fulfilled. If it does ship before we can fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we can assist with a refund.
