WHY AM I UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY REDEMPTION?Updated a month ago

If you are unable to complete your redemption, first ensure that the wallet you connected to our site is the wallet in which your VIP token was minted to. If you are still experiencing issues connecting your wallet, we suggest trying a different web browser. If you are experiencing issuing attempting to complete your redemption on mobile, we suggest using a desktop web browser that supports a wallet browser extension.

Prior to completing your redemption, AVAX will be provided for your gas fees to avoid any issues. If you receive error messages on redemption please reach out to customer support by submitting a ticket.
