WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?Updated 13 days ago

Below are possible reasons why your order was canceled/refunded:
1. You did not respond to an important email from us regarding a time-sensitive issue.
2. You may have placed a duplicate order and we automatically refunded it to ensure you were not charged twice.
3. Your order was flagged as "Fraudulent" and was refunded (in this case, please place an order again and provide us with the following information in the 'Notes' section during checkout): Billing address, last 4 digits of credit/debit card used, (or PayPal account username/email address). If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with us.
4. Your token ID was associated with multiple orders.
